Skills Previous experience in property management, preferably with a portfolio of 70 properties or more. Proven ability to effectively manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, contractors, and colleagues. Sound knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools. Valid driving license and the ability to travel as required. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
