Job summary
To assist the Speech and Language Therapists in the Adult Community based service in carrying out clinical F2F patient facing assessments and triage and therapy in locations across Berkshire.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Physical Disability and Older People (PDOP) team who are looking for support to their existing OT team working on duty and holding a small case load.
An OT with experience in moving and handling, single handed care, equipment provision and risk management is essential.
The OT needs to have experience of completing functional assessments, moving and handling plans and mental capacity assessments when needed.
Assist in the preparation of food items, following food safety and hygiene standards.
