To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets
To ensure that all food served is of a high quality and standard, mindful of portion control, meal content and correct temperatures.
Job Role/Responsibilities
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Chef to cover various Hospital sites across Lancashire, the sites that this would be covering include: Preston, Blackpool, Chorley and Blackburn.
This will be working 5 days out of 7 and the shift times are from 9.30am to 5.30pm or 11am to 7pm.
