You will drive novel method development and validation as well as supervising, training and coordinating the work of junior scientists.
They provide services that support the development of therapeutics (including: mAbs, bispecific antibodies, peptides, viruses, cell and gene therapies) throughout their lifecycle, spanning all phases within the pre-clinical and clinical development.
They possess an impressive suite of chromatography and mass spectrometry systems spanning all the major instrument manufacturers with MS detectors ranging from single quad/triple quad to a selection of high-resolution instruments, all of which will be available for you to perform this diverse and stimulating role.

You will lead method development, optimisation and validation of a broad range of cell potency/bioassays including, but not limited to, assays relating cell viability and proliferation.
