A leading firm based in Oldham are looking for a Conveyancer to join their growing department.
You will deal with a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and remortgages of all types of residential property from inception to completion
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in:
- Leading and managing a caseload of new residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership
- Developing long lasting professional relationships with our clients, other solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and businesses as part of the conveyancing process
- Supervising, developing, and mentoring our team, sharing your knowledge to help others grow and reach their full potential
