The hourly rate on offer for this role dependant on experience will be £12 - £14PH
The role will be 100% remote and will initially be for a period of 3 Months with the opportunity for extension at the end or even possibility to move into a permanent role within the business.
Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
The successful candidate will handle their own busy portfolio of claims from mixed Marine lines of business, such as Cargo, Hull and Marine Liability.

My client is a highly regarded company within the London market who specialises in the management of discontinued insurance and reinsurance portfolios.
We are currently working with a small broking house who require an individual with experience in processing claims bordereau within the London Market.
They are open to the class of business previously covered but do require an individual who is able to use the ECF system, understands loss funds, collecting and replenishing.
A high confidence in spreadsheet creation and manipulation is essential.
