The Job: As a Student Lettings Property Manager, your role involves overseeing properties specifically for student tenants. Here are the key duties associated with this position: Providing an Exceptional Student Experience: Ensuring the safety and welfare of student tenants. Addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Property Inspections and Maintenance: Visiting properties to assess repairs and maintenance needs. Ensuring that repair work is completed satisfactorily. Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors. Check-In, Check-Out, and Room Turnaround: Managing the process of student move-ins and move-outs. Coordinating room cleaning and preparation for new tenants. Tenant and Contractor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords. Handling escalated customer-related issues and providing emergency support. This is a varied role in a dynamic environment with lots of client interaction and relationship building.
