The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and coordinating tenancy renewals for their tenancies, supporting the co-ordination of upcoming tenancies, managing Rent & Legal protection policies, and assisting with tenancy deposit returns for our Let Only & Rent Collection tenancies.
