SF Recruitment are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join a key client of ours in Alfreton on a full time, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is looking for a friendly, reliable, person who has a genuine passion for customer service and gets satisfaction from problem solving and going above and beyond for people. For many customers, their call to this team is their first point of contact within the business, so it's crucial that the Company's values of warmth, empathy and caring are embodied in every communication with their customer service team. We'd love to hear from you if you: - have previous experience in a telephone support or customer service role and a passion to deliver exceptional service - are highly motivated and genuinely enjoy talking to a wide variety of people - have excellent interpersonal skills, with a naturally warm and friendly style - have a natural empathy with people - have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload while working effectively as part of a busy team - have experience of working with, and are skilled in the use of various PC, information management and Microsoft Office packages - enjoys a fast paced and varied role This role is office-based working in their head office in Alfreton.
