Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month FTC

SF Recruitment is currently hiring for a Customer Support Advisor for a key client in Alfreton. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We are looking for an individual who embodies friendliness and reliability, with a true enthusiasm for customer service.

You should thrive on solving problems and exceeding customer expectations. As the first point of contact for many customers, it's important that you reflect the Company's core values of warmth, empathy, and care in every interaction.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have prior experience in a customer service or telephone support role and a passion for outstanding service
  • Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people and are highly motivated
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and friendly demeanor
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers
  • Be capable of organizing and prioritizing their workload effectively while working within a busy team
  • Be proficient in using PCs, information management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

This position is based at the head office in Alfreton, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
