SF Recruitment is currently hiring for a Customer Support Advisor for a key client in Alfreton. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and friendly demeanor
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers
- Be capable of organizing and prioritizing their workload effectively while working within a busy team
- Be proficient in using PCs, information management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
This position is based at the head office in Alfreton, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
