Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating market-standard repurchase and stock lending documentation, such as the 1995, 2000, and 2011 GMRA, 2000 and 2010 GMSLA, related tri-party documents, and bespoke confirmations.
Liaising with the Credit, Treasury, Operations, and Tax departments, as well as sales and trading personnel in various regional offices.
This full time hybrid role is scheduled to start in October.
