My client based in Haddenham is looking for a Trainer.
You will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to a diverse cross section of construction industry personnel.
Working within their dedicated training facility, you will supervise and instruct on the theoretical and practical aspects of the safe operation of plant and equipment, conducting examinations and assessments, design lesson plans and courses that fully engage participants.

They of course need a hard-working, experienced legal secretary, ideally having worked in the Residential Property sectors but your likeability, teamwork and happy nature will be the things that make them want to hire you.

This role will involve you managing your own caseload of all aspects of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs for a range of clients and their families and you would be working in a collaborative team which benefits from the assistance of legal support.
Applicants should ideally have 5 years PQE experience in administering estates, Trusts and the taxation of estates and trusts, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and Court Protection applications.
While working in a team environment you will be required to work individually, managing your own time and prioritising tasks to enable deadlines to be met.
