Our Hounslow based Legal client are seeking a Legal Secretary experienced in Litigation to join their firm and become a part of their friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.

What will you be doing
You will be working within the Litigation department providing secretarial support to a solicitor by completing various daily duties such as audio typing of documents, booking appointments, arranging meetings, dealing with clients, liaising externally, legal research, opening files, attending meetings, basic admin, preparing bills and more.
We are seeking a Legal Secretary with experience in residential and property law to join our client.
The ideal candidate will have prior legal secretarial experience, preferably within a private client team, and will be highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills.
