Legal Secretary – Property Litigation

THE COMPANY: Our client is a top law firm, who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Property Litigation department, on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Accurately oversee and manage inboxes, calendars and diaries and ensure arrangements are made accordingly
- Act as a point of contact, taking telephone calls and passing on messages
- Manage billing and compliance processes
- Submitting expense claims in a timely manner
THE PERSON:
- Must have secretarial experience within a legal environment
- Experience within a property litigation team is essential
- Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
- Client service focus
