Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UK's Royal Colleges in their search for a temporary Legal Officer (Employment) to deliver legal advice as well as support in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Barrister, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with expert knowledge and post-graduate experience in Employment Law (ideally within the Regulatory, Membership or Trade Union Sectors).
You will use your positive attitude, your knowledge of employment law and your ability to deliver legal advice to internal staff and Members, as well as support and provide representation to members in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
We are urgently looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister with expert knowledge of employment law to join our high profile client, initially for three months.
Duties will include drafting legal pleadings and liaising directly with members and staff to provide the best advice, always sensitively and to the highest professional standards, often working to tight deadlines.
You will provide advice and representation for members on all aspects of employment law and you must be able to demonstrate similar experience of managing a caseload.
