Neighbourhood Response Officer needed in Leatherhead Paying £18.84 per hr ref 0009 3401 /1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
The main tasks include addressing a backlog of general enquiries and conducting settling-in calls for new tenants a week after their move-in to ensure they are settling well and to ask a few necessary questions.
The role is primarily home-based, with occasional in-person appointments only in emergencies.
Working closely with the busy Lettings Department at their Leatherhead office, our client is looking for competent, customer focused individual to join the team as a Part Time Lettings Co-Ordinator.
Position: Permanent Part Time
The successful applicant will be dealing with the management of the tenants and Landlords, negotiating deposit releases, organising renewals and chasing outstanding fees.
We're looking for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to be based in our Leatherhead office and carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local region.
Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents, you'll ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements and investigate breaches of tenancy.
Assisting centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
