Neighbourhood Response Officer

We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to assist our Surrey Neighbourhood team. This desk-based role involves responding to general enquiries regarding estate issues, completing customer callbacks, and settling in calls for new tenants following their sign-ups. Prior housing experience is essential for this role, and while experience with Dynamics 365 is preferable, training will be provided.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to general enquiries related to estate issues promptly and efficiently.
- Complete customer callbacks to address any concerns or questions.
- Conduct settling in calls with new tenants to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work closely with the Surrey Neighbourhood team to provide excellent customer service.
- Utilise Dynamics 365 to log and manage enquiries, training will be provided if necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a housing role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and enquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferable but not mandatory as training will be provided.
