Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and eager to make a meaningful impact in their lives?
As a School Support Worker, you will be repsonible for helping the students acquire life skills, build independence as well as making their learning accessible.
We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with a background in SEN and Complex Needs to support children and young adults within Special Provisions in Warrington.
With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team at St Mary's in Warringtonwhich has a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for Services users with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems.
As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
