They are looking to recruit a learning and development specialist to devise and roll out all training programmes, for internal and client use, which will take their service to the next level.
My client is a successful and growing Software (SaaS) company based in South West London.
The role will work closely with the technical team and create a strategy focused on all aspects of training.
Trusted advisor Working closely with senior managers and the wider HR team to identify learning needs ; to design and procure relevant learning initiatives, solutions and interventions.
General
Working within the close knit HR department heading up the L & D provision and managing an L & D coordinator you will develop an organisational talent pipeline and ensure our people have the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to grow within their career as well fulfilling our regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors and the Training Business Partners to develop and deliver innovative digital learning resources.
You will be responsible for developing and producing high quality digital learning resources and working collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure digital learning is produced to a high standard and meets the training needs of the organisation.
You will be able to continuously evolve and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve engagement for learners.
