As the learning and development manager, you will be tasked with identifying training needs, creating and executing training initiatives across the UK and Europe.

An exciting opportunity to be part of a growth opportunity for a hospitality global business, this is a new role and will be managing a small L&D team, working with stakeholder across the business and your team, you will design, develop and deliver learning and development for employees in operational roles, coaching, guiding and working closely with senior leaders to provide best in class.
Working Hybrid, up to 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home with only occasional UK travel.
This is an excellent opportunity to educate and rehabilitate adult learners.
