An exciting opportunity to be part of a growth opportunity for a hospitality global business, this is a new role and will be managing a small L&D team, working with stakeholder across the business and your team, you will design, develop and deliver learning and development for employees in operational roles, coaching, guiding and working closely with senior leaders to provide best in class.

Working Hybrid, up to 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home with only occasional UK travel. The benefits for this role are really strong and include a performance related bonus

DUTIES

  • Working closely with key stakeholders and business leaders you will run a full learning needs analysis and be responsible for the creation of learning that is needed across the business to complement the already strong offering.
  • Managing a team of 3, who typically create and deliver, you will be responsible for the design, and shaping of the learning offering. Building strong relationships across the business you will define learning priorities
  • Creating the full spectrum of learning via a blended learning approach
  • You will report and track performance of the L&D programmes and continually improve when needed.
  • Partnering with the global teams, having exposure to the global business, you will work closely to share knowledge and maintain the learning content
  • Identify projects and other learning needs across the operational business as and when required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a L&D Management role or team leadership role previously, you will have experience managing a team.
  • You will ideally come from the hospitality or retail sector or a very similar industry
  • You will have experience creating content, working in a fast paced and ever changing environment, be collaborative and able to analyse and challenge
  • Experience of multiple learning methodologies, eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and ideally some experience or exposure to Adobe Creative Suite
  • You will live and breathe L&D and enjoy the full spectrum of strategy through to delivery, although delivery in this role is minimal.
