This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive and proactive Primary School school in Brent.
They are seeking educators to work with a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to more Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.
A higher level teaching assistant contributes to the assessment process by observing and recording students' progress, providing feedback to teachers, and helping to adjust instructional strategies based on students' needs.
A higher level teaching assistant helps teachers in delivering lessons, providing targeted support to individual students or small groups, and helping to manage classroom behavior and engagement.
