Student Progression Advisor
- Annual Salary: £14,836 to £17,370 (Actual salary for 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

We are looking for a dedicated Student Progression Advisor in a Further Education provider in North West London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our ESOL students, delivering a tutorial curriculum and leading on core elements of the College's employability agenda.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver a tutorial curriculum to groups of ESOL students.
- Lead on providing core elements of the College's employability agenda.
- Offer personal support on a one-to-one basis through regular guidance, target-setting, tracking, and contributing to student progression and career plans.
- Identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to address behaviour, attendance, and punctuality.
- Engage with all learners and adapt strategies for different abilities, behaviours, and learning styles.
- Implement strategies to overcome barriers to learning and effectively engage and motivate young people.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering to groups of students and supporting young people.
- Ability to engage with learners of varying abilities and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Proven track record of implementing strategies to overcome barriers to learning.
- Strong engagement and motivational skills.
- Flexibility to work across 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, is ideal.
