I am currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a business based in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an engaged business that values its employees and is looking to go through a period of growth. This is a new role that will join a global business finance team. Reporting to the Commercial Business Partner, you will be part of the commercial team supporting the markets in the Western region (UK and Ireland). The team has a global footprint and a global stakeholder landscape, and you should thus expect that some travel activity will be required. You will be overseeing the financial performance for the commercial region, providing financial insights to drive business decisions and support the strategic direction. You will be working closely together with experienced professionals within the global finance team as well as stakeholders in the commercial business area. Your responsibilities will be: Finance business partnering for the commercial area Challenge and drive the Performance Management agenda Support decision making with scenario simulations and impact analysis Participate in monthly performance meetings, preparation and actions Support global projects and compliance agenda Drive local performance management processes Take ownership of the Financial Planning area and related processes Drive local projects within finance The company offers all the benefits of being part of a large company, built on a solid foundation, where everything is not yet set in stone.
