This is a great opportunity for a Learning Mentor to secure a long-term role where they can contribute to the development of the children and be part of a dynamic staff team.
The role is full-time, to start in September and will continue for the full academic year.
Learning mentors offer support, motivation, and guidance to pupils, including gifted and talented learners, helping them overcome barriers that hinder their full potential.
You might work with children or young people on a one-to-one basis or in small or large groups.
These barriers can include issues like abuse, challenging behaviour, emotional struggles, lack of confidence, mental health concerns, and persistent absence or truancy.
