Role and Responsibilities:
As a Learning Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students' academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships with students to inspire and motivate them.
- Providing one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to address academic and personal challenges.
- Developing tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Assisting students in setting and achieving their academic goals.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Encouraging positive behavior and helping students develop effective study and life skills.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress and wellbeing.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in education, mentoring, or youth work.
- Experience in mentoring or pastoral care roles.
