Temporary to Permanent opportunity - Northampton location - Lead Generator Our client operates in UK, and they are a dedicated and trusted Charge Point Operator providing reliable EV charging for all EV users with the highest level of service and innovation. They have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Lead Generator to join their friendly team in Northampton. As the Lead Generator you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer; The functions for which you will be responsible are as follows: Get to know companies products and services which you will be promoting, in depth. Undertake desk research on the locations and on the web identify the contact detail for the location and then call to ask if they are needing a new supplier to help them. If they have a need identify the best point of contact and raise the lead on the internal CRM database Qualify and score leads, separating those with interest from those with intent. The Role You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities by generating quality leads in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. To maintain and update information on database(s) accurately and consistently. Main responsibilities will include making outbound telephone calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner including cold calling and list cleansing, ensure targets are met and recorded, produce and maintain diaries, chasing for outstanding information from clients and maintain secure, efficient and accurate filing systems. An aspect of inbound commercial sales also required, inbound leads are generated through third party opportunity's so support the outbound executives.
