The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Recruitment are supporting an innovative tech business in their search for energetic Lead Development Executives. These roles will play a crucial role in driving the sales development efforts, generating high-quality leads to drive revenue growth. If you have experience in a results-driven sales environment with a passionate for winning business this could be the right role for you!
Role Profile:
- Utilising an abundance of data in the CRM to generate new outbound leads
- Prospecting in a specific and targeted way for the sales team
- Promoting the company's products or services to prospective clients
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients focusing on quality over quantity
- Working closely with the sales closing team to build strong relationships
- Nurturing leads from initial call through to the sales team for technical demos and closing process
Person Specification:
- Call centre/outbound sales background would be beneficial
- Previous proven experience in making high volume of outbound calls to win business and create opportunities
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation role
- A confident, personable and articulate character with ability to build strong relationships
- Strong objection handling skills
- Good understanding of a CRM sales tool
- A good understanding of the haulage and logistics sectors would be an advantage
Other Information:
- The role is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days at home after initial training
- Hours are 9-5 M-F with 45 mins unpaid lunch
