The successful candidate must have experience of contracts and procurement law to cover legal work relating to the procurement of goods, works and services, state aid/subsidy control, funding agreements, TUPE issues, drafting and advising on a range of bespoke contract documents, construction contracts, local authority governance, including clearing of internal reports.

Primary duties will include to help deliver transformational and exciting projects.
Holding at least 3 years post-qualification experience applicants must have significant experience in Corporate Prosecutions and in particular at least two of the following areas:- Prosecutions under the Housing Act 2004/Regulatory Crime/Fraud/Advocacy/Environmental Health Crime.
