Responsibilities as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Covering lessons often at short notice. Following planning to deliver the lessons left. Works well under pressure and can work well with an enthusiastic team. Adhere to the school behaviour strategies to create a safe environment. Creating a love of learning and calm, safe learning environemnt for each class.
