Responsibilities: As a Compliance Account Manager, you will be the front line point of contact for customers (Members) of the scheme, with your own responsibility for specific accounts. Your main tasks will involve: Handling customer queries in a professional and efficient manner. Developing a strong understanding of relevant regulations to provide quality advice to members on regulatory and reporting requirements. Maintaining scheme email accounts, including sending bulk mail outs and creating communications. Working closely with colleagues and managers to provide the highest standard of customer service. Participating in customer retention and growth through engagement activities. Collecting member data submissions for registration with regulatory bodies and ensuring accuracy. Conducting desk-based audits of members' data and obligations. ????? Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience): Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently. Keen interest in and understanding of relevant regulations.
