Reporting into the Head of Inside Sales & Sales Operations, in this role you will be responsible for improving one of our key lender account's growth by building relationships with existing customers using consultative techniques and offering valuable industry insight to increase their usage.
You will also be responsible for onboarding new prospects to our platform taking relevant steps to ensure their retention through their life cycle with us.

Our client based in Thame is looking for an Account Manager.
You will be the main focal point of contact for some of our key customer accounts and will be required to build and nurture relationships ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be a key member of the Operations team.
You will support with key accounts, developing accounts and opportunity accounts, moving them all up through the sales cycle.
Reporting to the Head of HR and with supervision and support from the Senior Client Account Manager, you will work on the account management of existing accounts and sales outreach to generate new business.
