The role will be based at our offices in central Birmingham and support an existing team, reporting in to the Divisional Manager.
The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing the customer portfolio, with a keen focus on account management, in order to fulfil all customer recruitment requirements nationally.
Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer & supplier of components to a multitude of industrial sectors including commercial vehicle, medical, aerospace, MOD & rail, is seeking a Key Account Manager as part of their ongoing expanion..
Reporting into the Sales Director, as Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of established accounts whilst continually investigating new business opportunities.
You will be expected to attend the company's offices once per week/fortnight so whilst this is predominantly a home/field based role, you should ideally live within an hour's commute of the company's head-office in the West Midlands.
Lead customer weekly/monthly meetings/calls as well as business/KPIs reviews.

Ownership of the relationship and continued development of existing and new key automotive customers across all modes, focusing on retention of existing business in addition to identifying opportunities to grow share of wallet.
We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join an established market leading business within the Print Industry in the Midlands and become a valuable part of the Business Development team.

Booking multiple mailing campaigns onto their Tharstern MIS system, dealing with many daily queries & tasks, keeping Salesforce & Tharstern accurate and any other ad-hoc duties required by your Account Director / team.
Support your Client Services team with all the administration & campaign co-ordination duties associated with keeping their clients delighted.
Including, but not limited to, quoting Clients (within 2 hours whenever possible) & following up on quotations to seek the order.
