Domus are looking for a Registered Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable provider of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities in Reading, Berkshire.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a high performing residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, leading a dedicated staff team.
You will lead, coach and mentor the staff team, leading services that enable the people supported to achieve the outcomes of their individual Person Centred Plans and the aims and objectives of the service.
