Stockport Council are looking for a manager level candidate to lead on thier Practice excellence journey. The successful candidate will be supporting practice excellence around AYSE's and apprentices They will sit in supervision with managers, check over case notes and ensure they are strength based and feedback to managesr. The successful candidate will not be directly line managing but will be supporting practice excellence / practice quality We are looking for a candidate who will focus on strength based practice and providing quality feedback. This will be covering the whole of Adults Services with a focus on the Neighbourhoods team This contract is until 31st March 2025. Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 2 years management experience Must be a car driver, with access to own vehicle.
