Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5. 36 hours a week. 1 weekend in every 4 weeks

Location: Hybrid 3 days in Daventry Kilsby NN6 7GY

Contract: 3 month contract

Rate: £13.89

As a Resourcing Co-Ordinator you will:

  • Work within the UK Channels Resourcing Team to support our DC/CFC applicants so they can support our stores, customers, communities and the planet a little better everyday.
  • Be agile in your approach, working across different areas of our Channels, and when the workload requires.
  • Engage with stakeholders within DCs/CFCs, working with others to deliver objectives and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Achieve great results by inspiring, engaging and working with others; you make applicants feel valued.
  • Know your stuff and share knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Take ownership of process and systems, making sure they're effective and efficient; you spot issues and swiftly find the best solutions.
  • Work brilliantly as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Posting vacancies on behalf of our DCs/CFCs
  • Managing the applicant pipelines
  • Strong communications on progress of applicants with our Centres.

Serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day by:

  • Collaborating across DCs and CFCs and with Applicants to deliver excellent and engaging Channels led resourcing.
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for DCs and CFCs and delivering outstanding and engaging candidate experience.
  • Creating and building excellent communications to applicants to ensure they are clear on where they are within the recruitment process, and feel support along the way.
  • Develop strong and practical working relationships with DCs and CFCs to ensure that the recruitment process is followed correctly at every point.
  • Reviewing each event thoroughly to gather feedback on future delegate enhancements and continually innovate to improve future experiences.
  • Collating insight from applicants to ensure we are continuously reviewing/improving the process.
  • Tracking all applicant data on a weekly basis, to identify and manage any risks or issues.

Experience/Operational skills required

  • Be able to work on your own, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of the different types of Channels environment
  • Strong attention for detail
  • Ability to proactively solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • The ability to be resilient in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Knowledge of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - TribePad
