My client is looking for a Client Billing Assistant to support their operations in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The role objective is to prepare and analyse client billing charges accurately, adhering to our quarterly and annual billing schedules. Mon - Fri / 09:00 - 17:00 / 40 hour contract with 30 min paid break. Benefits: Annual salary review Cycletowork and electric car schemes Nearby parking and company events Personal development opportunities Friendly work culture and pension plan Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review client charges, ensuring accuracy for all budgets and billing categories Submit charges to Property Managers for approval and manage any billing queries Issue invoices to clients and assist in budget preparation and reconciliation Generate spend reports and assist with managing utilities and insurance Maintain contractor records and ensure insurance documentation is current Provide cover for Purchase Ledger and Credit Control as needed Key Skills: Strong Excel Skills. Essential for data manipulation, accurate billing, and detailed reporting Strong communication skills to liaise with Property Managers, contractors, and utility providers Ability to work independently and adhere to billing timetables Analytical mindset to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy Experience in RPM/CPL and familiarity with the factoring industry is beneficial This role is perfect for an organised, detail oriented individual with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
