You will need to have a passion for teaching KS1 pupils and a desire to motivate children to reach their full potential during Year 1. You must be able to plan, prepare and deliver exciting and innovating lessons, with strong classroom management and a caring, nurturing approach. This Year 1 Teacher role is to cover maternity, from January until the end of the academic year.
