Our client is in search of a proactive Admin Assistant to take the lead in their role and contribute to their exciting journey. Job Responsibilities: Help with the planning, preparation, packaging, and shipping of our client's products. It will be part of your responsibility to help make these processes efficient and accurate. You will be trained on a range of specialist equipment engineered by our client to produce their products. No previous experience is necessary but you need to be ready to learn. Every order is unique - focus and precision are vital. Every order must reach our client's customers with 100% accuracy. Be prepared for rapidly changing deadlines, requiring flexibility to create new plans and prioritise your workload and projects. Ensure that production timelines and quality standards are met effectively. Attention to detail is pivotal for this role. Help keep their office tidy and organised. What we're looking for: They work with technical products but you do not need to have a technical background or qualifications. They can teach you everything you need to know. You will be someone who has attention to detail, relishes keeping things organised, and approaches tasks with a calm and methodical attitude. Our client is a small, friendly team, and you will play a critical path in their growth. Ideally, they are looking for a May/June start, but they have some flexibility.
