You will be expected to adhere to the high standards that are prevalent throughout this thriving Tech business; therefore, a sharp intellect is essential, as well as some experience of fast paced administrative roles ideally within a production / warehouse environment. This role would suit a candidate who is extremely organised, methodical and is a real team player. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your daily role will be responsible for helping with the following: The full review of technical mobile technology Quality assurance validation and sign off Collate / Report issues with asset / stock orders Customer verification and validation ownership Acceptance and distribution of all incoming logistics Preparing Client orders and distribution of all outgoing mail Process all collection and delivery documentation Ensuring set productivity targets are always met Team responsibility to ensure the production area efficiency and process is always at high a standard Assisting the supervisors / managers with additional administration duties Updating production area asset and stock records Safely dispatching and receiving large and often heavy container logistics Maintaining high standards of health & safety Previously worked in administration - ideally within the warehouse / production environment Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards Grading devices including cosmetic functionality and battery health Process testing devices using the information gathered from testing On occasion, required to receive inbound devices Working in an organised and timely manner Essential: Evidence of being a strong team player Fully PC literate Some knowledge of mobile technology Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Ability to manage workload and work to strict deadlines Benefits: Casual dress Company events Company pension Gym membership On-site parking Wellness programmes Although part of a bigger group of Companies, we're all one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
