We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable individual to join the production team. You will be expected to adhere to the high standards that are prevalent throughout this thriving Tech business; therefore, a sharp intellect is essential, as well as some experience of fast paced administrative roles ideally within a production / warehouse environment.
This role would suit a candidate who is extremely organised, methodical and is a real team player.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your daily role will be responsible for helping with the following:
- The full review of technical mobile technology
- Quality assurance validation and sign off
- Collate / Report issues with asset / stock orders
- Customer verification and validation ownership
- Acceptance and distribution of all incoming logistics
- Preparing Client orders and distribution of all outgoing mail
- Process all collection and delivery documentation
- Ensuring set productivity targets are always met
- Team responsibility to ensure the production area efficiency and process is always at high a standard
- Assisting the supervisors / managers with additional administration duties
- Updating production area asset and stock records
- Safely dispatching and receiving large and often heavy container logistics
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Previously worked in administration - ideally within the warehouse / production environment
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Grading devices including cosmetic functionality and battery health
- Process testing devices using the information gathered from testing
- On occasion, required to receive inbound devices
- Working in an organised and timely manner
Essential:
- Evidence of being a strong team player
- Fully PC literate
- Some knowledge of mobile technology
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and work to strict deadlines

- £22.5k rising to £23.5k after probation
