We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a busy finance team of a well-established, fast paced, organisation based in Slough.
This is an immediate opportunity on a 3/6-month contract, offering a hybrid working pattern and a competitive day rate.
Responsibilities
Manage and review the monthly accounting for the UK entities by WD4, working with the Group Reporting Manager to ensure that all technical accounting aspects are correctly included.
2 x Customer service advisors required to handle incoming calls in relation to Electoral Roll and the general election.
To provide professional and courteous customer service to LBH residents and partner organisations; actively supporting the Council's aim to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently at first point of contact.
Calls will be on how to register, postal votes, polling stations etc.
We are currently partnered with a County Council in Berkshire who are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
The role offers hybrid working with 2-days a week in the office and is inside IR35 with the day rate being offered is up to £500 per day DOE for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities
Update CIPFA Asset Register (FAR) to reflect in-year acquisitions, disposals, or additions-various movements as per valuation report to be captured for financial years up to 2023/24 (will need to liaise with CIPFA, Property team and valuers as required).
