Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. Maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications, such as newsletters and announcements. Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry. Manage school databases and ensure data integrity. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
