Your new role Preparing Files for Scanning: Organising physical documents and ensuring they are ready for digitisation using scanning equipment and software. Crosschecking Details on Files: Verifying the accuracy of information on scanned files by comparing it with the original documents. Updating Spreadsheets with Relevant Information: Maintaining electronic records by inputting data from scanned files into spreadsheets or databases. Sorting a Minimum of 50 Files Per Day: Efficiently categorising and organising a substantial volume of files daily. What you'll need to succeed Attention to Detail Needed: Being meticulous in handling documents, ensuring no errors or omissions during scanning and data entry.
