About the role We have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Manager to join our growing Helpdesk team. Our leading financial Helpdesk exists to give clients the confidence to make the most of their money. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Team Leaders to deliver and further develop exceptional client service. Working Schedule The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern, with a requirement for you to be in the office 3 days a week. Why us?
