Description As Senior Investment Administrator, you will be responsible for investment management and being a key part of back office support. Day to day, you will be responsible for: Ensuring client portfolios are rebalanced in line with models Assisting in regulatory and performance reporting Portfolio implementation using custody software platforms Placing instructions to deal with brokers Liaising with and reporting on activity with third party platforms Ensuring executive and settlement of transactions through liaison with custody partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of stock and cash settlement Supporting operations on reporting of transactions for fund accounting, liquidity monitoring, DTR reporting and CSDR monitoring Performance calculations for banks of clients to specific performance standards Profile As Senior Investment Administrator, you must have: Experience working in an investment management environment Ideally had exposure to working in an investment operations role, dealings, settlements or portfolio rebalancing Studying towards a relevant qualification will be desirable (IOC, CISI etc) Excellent attention to detail Good time management skills Strong communication skills Job Offer The offer is: £30,000-35,000 25 days holiday Company pension Hybrid working Flexible working Healthcare Study support And more!
