Description
As Senior Investment Administrator, you will be responsible for investment management and being a key part of back office support. Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring client portfolios are rebalanced in line with models
- Assisting in regulatory and performance reporting
- Portfolio implementation using custody software platforms
- Placing instructions to deal with brokers
- Liaising with and reporting on activity with third party platforms
- Ensuring executive and settlement of transactions through liaison with custody partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of stock and cash settlement
- Supporting operations on reporting of transactions for fund accounting, liquidity monitoring, DTR reporting and CSDR monitoring
- Performance calculations for banks of clients to specific performance standards
Profile
As Senior Investment Administrator, you must have:
- Experience working in an investment management environment
- Ideally had exposure to working in an investment operations role, dealings, settlements or portfolio rebalancing
- Studying towards a relevant qualification will be desirable (IOC, CISI etc)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Strong communication skills
