The successful candidate will play a key role in commercially managing multiple projects, providing assistance to operational teams, and contributing to the continued success of the company. Responsibilities: Conduct monthly Cost Value Reconciliations. Maximise valuations, ensure timely certification and payment. Manage contract variations promptly. Forecast costs and value of all trades. Coordinate with the operational team to secure labour, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion. Monitor on-site progress and issue required notices according to contract procedures and timescales. Vet and ensure compliance of quotations with specifications, obtaining the most competitive bids. Prepare Final Accounts. Accurately manage subcontractor accounts to enhance contract efficiency. Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role is essential. Organisational skills required for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
