Here at Lovell, we are now looking for a hardworking, committed Purchase Ledger Assistant - someone to accurately and timely record purchase ledger invoices, matching of goods received notes to invoices and resolving queries and unapproved invoices.
Permanent - Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Meeting and greeting visitors at reception, you'll answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests, whilst coordinating boardroom bookings, always working to deadlines.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy Finance Service Centre to support the Finance Manager and Purchase Ledger Team Leader with the full, end to end purchase ledger process including invoicing, payment runs, managing the inbox, approvals and more!
