Day-to-day of the role
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
Are you an experienced recruiter, looking for an interim role within internal recruitment?
We have an immediate temporary vacancy for an internal recruiter who can successfully manage a busy care and support recruitment and onboarding process, end to end.
You will have experience of interviewing (remote and in-person), DBS clearances, checking right to work and ID, chasing references, using recruitment technology and job boards such as CV Library and Reed etc.
